Description

A major regional environmental company is looking for Sales Managers to work throughout the GCC for a new business it is creating. The job holder will be responsible, in addition to achieving his sales targets, for a group of Sales Representative and be responsible for a range of tasks including: sales plans and targets, area business growth, collection targets, execution of sales policies and strategies, key accounts management, contracts, customer’s files, coaching the team and ensuring proper implementation in the field, providing on-the-job training and guidance and help the Sales Representatives to achieve their targets. Skills Candidate must be a very effective manager of people and have not less than 5 years experience gained in the sale of Business to Business services in the GCC. Candidates must be passionate about sales and have a good understanding of marketing, finance, operations together with good administrative skills and abilities in order to minimize the costs and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate will also have a Degree in Business management or a related subject.
